Raritan Headwaters Association is a nonprofit conservation organization that protects water in our rivers, our streams, and our homes. Our vision is that everyone within our reach has access to safe, clean water that is swimmable, fishable, and above all, drinkable.

Barat Foundation

The nonprofit Barat Foundation began in 1997 to give students a change to experience and create art. In Newark, it has enabled thousands of children to work with artists, creating over 50 pieces of public art on view throughout the city. The Barat Foundation is responsible for the city’s largest collaborate artwork, a peace mural painted by over 500 children in 14 schools to greet the Dalai Llama when he visited the city.

Califon Book Shop

Califon Bookshop is a local bookshop that carries bestsellers, new releases, children's books, toys, custom stationery, and everything in between. Join them at their Popup at the Whittemore Welcome Center to find books on nature, the arts, and music.

Eyes on Autism

Eyes on Autism is a registered 501(c)(3) charity. They provide programs designed to help families enjoy great events and create welcoming enviornments throughout the community. Whittemore staff, through Eyes on Austim's Certified Autism Friendly program, will be certified and will provide a comfortable, safe environment as well as programs and events geared towards children with disabilities.

The Foraged Feast

The Foraged Feast is a purveyor of wild and specialty provisions. They sell foraged and wild mushrooms, berries, roots, greens, herbs, teas, and more to restaurants and at farmers markets in Northern New Jersey. Please join Dan Lipow, Founder of the Foraged Feast, for his lectures on foraging the woods of Whittemore.

Northern New Jersey Cachers

Northern New Jersey Cachers (NNJC), is a non-profit geocaching organization. NNJC is one of the most respected geocaching organizations in the country. The purpose of their organization is to promote, communicate, and provide general information about the growing sport of geocaching in New Jersey.  NNJC will continue to host Whittemore's geocaching trail as well as create a mini-trail this year for Eyes on Autism.

Northwest Jersey Beekeepers Association

The Northwest branch of the New Jersey Beekeepers Association is a regional organization of 100+ bee hobbyists and sideliners (less than 300 hives). Their members generally reside in the Hunterdon, Warren and Somerset counties but membership is not limited to this region of the state. NJBA will continue to provide educational programming at Whittemore through lectures and special events as well as selling their honey.

PS 108

P.S. 108 is a 501-(c)(3), non-profit educational center that aims to serve as a hub of holistic and spiritual study for Somerset County and the surrounding areas. By offering exceptional and affordable courses, P.S. 108 is committed to fostering the physical, psychological and spiritual well-being of individuals, families, and communities, and to help people deepen their connection to their own unique understanding of the Divine. Join Erin & Carl Klemme this Spring for Guided Walks on our Whittemore Trails and Outdoor Yoga Classes in the Whittemore Gardens.

Tarheel Total Pet Care

Tarheel Total Pet Care, a favorite of pets living in Central and North New Jersey, has been faithfully and lovingly caring for pets over 3 generations.

Family run and located in Bedminster, NJ - TTPC is a hotbed of pet activity. This includes not only dogs and cats but other pets ranging from mice, snakes to chickens and horses. We also take care of pets that need special medical care.

TTPC provides all pet services including: boarding, doggie daycare, in-home petsitting, dog walking, grooming, training, stay in your home or ours, pet taxi, backyard dog waste clean ups and much more!!!

The Tewksbury Township Library

The Tewksbury Township Library is an association library and not a branch in the Hunterdon County system. We depend on a small stipend from Tewksbury Township and private donations as a self funded organization.
