Whittemore's 1st Annual Garden-to-Table Dinner hosted by BEX
WHAT: Elegant evening starting with a signature cocktail, light hors d'oeuvres followed by a multi-course dinner locally sourced from such vendors as Metropolitan Seafood & Gourmet, Valley Shepherd Creamery, Happy Harvest Hydroponic and the Foraged Feast to name a few! BEX will be using organically grown produce, grown specifically for this menu, from the Whittemore Vegetable Gardens.
The evening will include live music and a premium silent auction.

Course II - Salad: Whittemore Summer Garden Salad
Course III - Fish: Metropolitan Seafood Seared Barnaget Light Sea Scallops
Course IV - Pasta: Valley Shepherd's Ricotta Gnocchi with Tomato Gravy + Basil
Course V - Main: Griggstown Seared Chicken with Tomato Butter and sautéed Zucchini
Course VI - Dessert: Peach Galette with Buttermilk Gelato
Coffe and Tea will be served by Black River Roasters
MUSIC: The New Hope Collective, a contemporary acoustic jazz quartet based in Bucks Country, PA, will bring a fresh take on classic and new jazz to our Garden to Table Fundraising Gala. The dynamic group of accomplished musicians will feature founding member Jim Stagnitto, an experienced and extensively recorded trumpeter, Daniel Kostelnik, an organist who has toured Europe and has three records for the Savant Label, Tom Cohen, a versatile drummer and staple on the Philadelphia music scene for over 40 years.
