Cooking with fresh herbs adds so much to your meals, and growing your own herbs gives you access to the freshest herbs possible. Learn how to plan, grow, dry, and mix a culinary herb garden to create classics such as Herbes de Provence, Poultry blends, Italian seasonings, and herb-infused vinegars and oils. Led by herb expert Caren White, known in horticultural circles as “NJ’s herb lady.” Herb-infused oil and vinegar tastings and recipes included. Students will bring home their creations.
