Singer and saxophonist Joe Grillo has been leading bands and working as a side man professionally for decades. His solo show is a mix of New Orleans classics and his own NOLA influenced compositions. He is currently the lead singer and composer for the Gumbo Gumbas, a popular New Jersey Pop Zydeco/ swamp funk ensemble. Joe leads the band, co-writes the music, edits the videos, and is the main driving force behind this Trenton based group.
