Our Extravaganza is more than just a culinary delight; it's a fusion of food, art, music, and garden design.
This year's event promises a tantalizing 5-course locally sourced Spring Menu (to be announced).
Led by acclaimed chefs Dan Lipow and Ben Walmer, The Foraged Feast & Highlands Dinner Club have once again united their culinary prowess to craft a seasonal late spring menu that promises to tantalize the senses.

Back by popular demand, this will mark this duo’s 5th time performing in the Gardens of Whittemore!
Kristen Wuest has been playing the flute since she was nine years old and is an NJYS alumna, having served as principal flute in the Youth Symphony for two years. She has attended Master Classes with world renowned Julius Baker, Jan Vinci, Jeffrey Khaner, Bart Feller, Paul Edmund Davies, and Robert Langevin. Kristen graduated with a Bachelor of Music in flute performance from Mason Gross School of the Arts at Rutgers University in May 2007. She graduated in May 2011 with a Master of Music in flute performance at The School of Music, Dance, and Theater at New Jersey City University. Kristen is currently a faculty member at Wharton Institute for the Performing Arts (WIPA) teaching flute, piano and music theory. She also serves on the administrative staff at WIPA as Director of Student Services. Kristen performs extensively throughout New Jersey and has performed numerous times with Sinfonietta Nova in West Windsor under the baton of Gail Lee. Kristen lives in Cranford with her husband Jeremy and is an avid CrossFitter and runner in her spare time.
Kevin Dayton is principal clarinetist of Sinfonietta Nova in Princeton Junction and a member of the Plainfield Symphony. He was on the faculty of Summer Music in Tuscany in Sarteano, Italy in 2018. He holds Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Performance from Rutgers University-Mason Gross School of the Arts. He has participated in the Sarasota Music Festival, and the Imani Winds Chamber Music Festival, and has performed at such venues as Carnegie Hall, and the Sarasota Opera House. Kevin also is an active chamber musician, part of a new woodwind Quintet “Quinception” which debuted in October of 2019.
