COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Learn how to enter the flow state and create from a pure place outside the restrictions of your rational mind. This will be a workshop in freedom. Freedom to relax and explore your creativity. This will be a supportive exploratory workshop for artists and non-artists alike. In fact, this workshop will help you to discover that everyone is an artist. Join this class if you feel that you have something inside of you yearning to be expressed or if you just want to play freely like you did when you were kid. You'll depart the workshop having discovered a new or long forgotten part of yourself. You'll also leave with a souvenir of your adventure into unfettered creative expression.

Melissa Unger - a Franco-American, has built a successful twenty-plus year career in media, arts and public service. She has spent the last decade researching a number of subjects, principally: the effect of technology on human consciousness/evolution, the nature of identity/relationship to self and others; Art Brut & the nature of creativity, the Flow state and the benefit of solitude. silence, sanctuaries. Today in her role as Founder and Creative Director of Seymour Projects, she conceives of, designs and produces the non-profit organization's multidisciplinary projects. Melissa is regularly called upon to deliver educational lectures and presentations on a variety of topics linked to her professional experience and the Seymour Projects mission.

Melissa is passionate about collaborating with other forward-thinkers to hep shape a desirable, humane future.
