About The Event
The practice of mindful walking is a profound and pleasurable way to deepen our connection with our body and the earth. We breathe, take a mindful step, and come back to our true home. Mindful walking simply means walking while being aware of each step and of our breath.
On this walk, we will examine walking as meditation as Carl teaches us techniques to bring mindfulness and conscious breathing to each step.
This walk will be held Rain or Shine, should it rain, we will be indoors - so please bring a yoga mat or blanket or towel.This
