Doesn't it always feel so good to be barefoot on the beach?
There's a reason for that. Learn how to reap the benefits of the natural ground and walk with sensory input and balance like you have never experienced before. Whether your goal is to feel less stiff and achy or to improve training performance, you can benefit from this session. Know how to save your knees when hiking downhill. Use trees to open the mobility of your shoulders, lower back and legs. Have fun re-learning key natural human movements and breathing we may have lost since childhood. You will come away with easy exercises you can play with while outside on walks or inside your home to feel stronger and more mobile. Be prepared to start barefoot (optional) in the grassy area before we head to the trails with shoes.
