Join Michele Caws - Meditation Teacher, at The Royal School of Yoga, as we learn to practice Meditation in action.
Walking Meditation is a form of Meditation in action.
Observing the body through the use of the senses, and becoming aware of sight, sound, smell, taste and touch bringing us into the present moment and enjoying the experience and delight of nature.
After walking mindfully for a while, we will stop and offer a technique to help quiet the mind and relax the body while remaining present and aware of our surroundings.
Connecting to Nature in this way allows for a peaceful, enjoyable and wonderful experience while experiencing our connection to Mother Earth and all of her inhabitants.
This walk will be held Rain or Shine, should it rain, we will be indoors - so please bring a yoga mat or blanket or towel.
