About The Event
Join Genevieve of The Royal School of Yoga as we learn to practice Meditation in action. We will observe the body through the use of the senses, and be aware of sight, sound, smell, taste, and touch bringing us into the present moment and allowing us to enjoy the experience and delight of nature. After walking mindfully for a while, we will stop and offer a technique to help quiet the mind and relax the body while remaining present and aware of our surroundings. Connecting to Nature in this way allows for a peaceful, enjoyable and wonderful experience while experiencing our connection to Mother Earth and all of her inhabitants.
