Mini Spring Yoga Retreat

honoring our past and shaping the next decade together.

Take some time out for yourself to reconnect; with nature, with yourself, and with that inner joy and contentment that is always there inside us just behind our sometimes over active minds. The retreat will begin with a 2.5 mile walk around the Whittemore Meditation Path, which will include some guided movement and meditations. We’ll finish our hike with a walk through the Labyrinth at the end of the trail. From here our retreat move into the center for a yoga practice and deeply restorative relaxation experience. There will be time for some light snacks and tea in the garden afterwards, provided with our Food Makes Friends partners.
