Saturday Movement Class - indoors!

Join Carl as with practice MOVEMENT, Moving, Strength, Flexibility & Stillness

This class will include the best of yoga, qigong and tai chi to promote strength, flexibility, balance, and a quiet mind. Students can expect to improve their breathing , enhance autoimmune function

and support the body’s metabolic processes. 

And the beautiful setting of the Whittemore Center supports the total practice like no other facility can.

Enjoy 50 minutes of pure, natural outdoors. 

During the Winter months Class will be INDOORS - once it warms, we will move back outdoors to enjoy the serenity that is the Whittemore property.

Please bring your own mat, towel and water bottle.

This is open to all, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

PS - On the 1st Saturday of every month join us for our Monthly Wellness Salon, curated by our Salon Cordinator Leslie Weinman. You are invited to attend, enjoy organic coffee, freshed baked goods as you listen to our rotating list of Guest Speakers, who will speak to array of health topics and wellness programs. We then invite you to attend our 11am Movement class with Carl as our Guest. When registering for the 1st Saturday of the month class please select WELLNESS SALON GUEST. 

WCCC Guidelines:

- ALL events REQUIRE registration by 8am the day of.

- Class if indoors will allow for 7 spots, when outdoors - unlimited.

- Please bring your own handwipes, waterbottle and yoga mat.

- If you have not been feeling well or show symptoms we ask that you not attend.

- We thank you in helping us make our program safe.
