Saturday YOGA at Whittemore in the Stream Series

Join Carl as with practice YOGA in the Stream.

We will meet in the carpark at Whittemore - Community, Culture & Conservation.

Over the past couple years of practicing yoga in the stream here at Whittemore we discovered a few things. One of which is that holding yoga poses in flowing water is a challenge, especially any posture that requires balance. Another is that being in the water is profoundly calming and rejuvenating and Fun! The third is that we are inescapably united with nature and yet often times surprisingly disconnected from it. The reunion of the nature around us and within us opens up spontaneously through this practice of stream yoga in the beautiful forest of Whittemore. Come join us this summer and experience it for yourself. 

For All Levels.

Watershoes can be helpful and you can bring a towel, you will not need a yoga mat. On rainy days our class will practice in the main house, then you will need a mat.

This is open to all, REGISTRATION IS SUGGESTED ($18), drop-ins ($20 - cash) per session.
