Pilates in the Pumpkin Field with Yifat Yaron – 11 AM!
Start your day with fresh air, movement, and energy! We’ll meet in Pumpkin Field (or inside the beautiful Whittemore House should the group desire).
Yifat’s class is a full-body experience - combining Pilates fundamentals with blocks, straps, and barre work to challenge your strength, lengthen your body, and improve your balance. Designed for all levels, you’ll leave feeling stronger, centered, and more confident.

ABOUT Yifat Yaron was trained at the Wingate Institute and the National Institute for Excellence in Sports, in Israel, as an aerobic instructor, AFAA certified as a personal trainer and certified by Power Pilates as a Pilates instructor, as well as Yoga and Kickboxing.
