Thursday YOGA in Whittemore Gardens

Join Roberta & or Judi of Califon Yoga Studio, as we practice YOGA in the Gardens of Whittemore.

Should it rain class will be indoors at WhittemoreCCC.

Yoga is an ancient practice that involves physical poses, concentration, and deep breathing. A regular yoga practice can promote endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and well-being. Slow movements and deep breathing increase blood flow and warm up muscles, while holding a pose can build strength.

Enjoy 50 minutes of pure, natural yoga.

This is open to all, for ALL Levels, REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED

WCCC Guidelines:

- ALL events REQUIRE registration by 8am the day of.

- Yoga Class if indoors will allow for 7 spots, when outdoors - unlimited.

- Please bring your own handwipes, waterbottle, yoga mat & towel.

- If you have not been feeling well we ask that you not attend.

- We thank you in helping us make our program safe.
