Water: Whittemore

This is my second ephemeral, site-specific installation at Whittemore and will be located in the Rockaway Creek. I will continue my exploration of circular, meditative pieces, and thoughts on interconnectedness, impermanence, audience, and seeing.

• Opening event: Saturday, October 1st at 11am - water ceremony, poetry, meditation and more. We will meet outside of the main building and walk to the creek as a group. To participate in the stream, please wear water shoes, rain boots, or shoes that can get wet. There is also space on the bank to stand on dry land. It is a ten minute hike to the creek over somewhat uneven ground with roots, a boardwalk and small brook crossing.
