About The Event
Walking Meditation is a dynamic form of mindfulness based on meditation. Walking Meditation sessions provide each participant with a form of meditation in action. In walking meditation, participants use the experience of walking as their focus.
Join Certified Mindfulness & Meditation instructor, Kathy Vandenburg, for a guided mindful walk on the trails of Whittemore!

Kathy Vandenburg, MA, CMMI, founder of De-Stress U Meditation, trained at the McLean Meditation Institute in Sedona, AZ. Kathy offers training in various techniques to easily bring meditation and mindfulness into your life.
