With running events winding down, now is the time to focus on being a more resilient runner. Learn self-assessments and exercises for your mobility and strength. Mix up your regular routine with movements that will feed better function.
Ages 13 through adult beginner through experienced and all paces welcome!
Dress in layers and bring a mat for movement inside and a short practice run outside. A few extra mats will be available.
